Policies, Terms, & Conditions
Registering for The PATH membership means you agree to these Terms and Conditions as a legally binding agreement between you and The Peaceful Place, LLC.

1. The PATH is NOT psychotherapy or counseling, nor should it be considered a replacement for such services.
​
2. Membership Duration and Fees:
Your membership is valid immediately upon registration and payment, and will remain active until you cancel. The membership fee is $25 per “Monthly” plans charged once per month, and $240 for “Annual” plans charged once every 12 months. Payment is due upon registration and will be automatically charged to your card at each renewal term, unless you cancel your membership prior to renewal. You are consent for your form of payment to be securely stored and charged for automatic renewal of your membership at the end of each membership term.

Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your access to The PATH, you must do so prior to the automatic renewal in order to avoid future charges.

3.Access: As a The PATH member, you will have access to all content and practices provided within your membership plan. Members may receive discounts for select events. Content Ownership: All content associated with The PATH, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and ideas, is the intellectual property of The Peaceful Place, LLC, and is federally Trade Marked.

Prohibited Activities: The following is prohibited, and you agree not to 1) share The PATH content with non-members, 2) use The PATH content for commercial purposes, 3) claim ownership of The PATH or The Peaceful Place, LLC intellectual property,
4) slander or defame The Peaceful Place, LLC or affiliates or The PATH members, 5) use The PATH to harm self or others, 6) use The PATH to diagnose or prescribe treatment, 7) attempt to identify or contact other The PATH members.

4. Termination: You may terminate your The PATH membership at any time in your Member Account prior to renewal to avoid future charges. You will have access to your membership until your current term expires. No refunds are awarded for any reason. Company Termination: The Peaceful Place, LLC reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, non-payment, abusive behavior and/or language, and use of The PATH membership and/or its contents for purposes outside of what is identified in these Terms and Conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability: The PATH and The Peaceful Place, LLC are not liable for, and are held harmless for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of The PATH. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content within The PATH. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia and the United States Patent and Trade Mark Office.

6. Privacy: We will neither share nor sell your personal information without your consent. We take all available measures to protect your privacy; however, there are limitations to privacy when operating on a web-based platform. The Peaceful Place, LLC and its affiliates are held harmless for any information distributed without our prior knowledge or consent.
